Description

This 6-port Ear and Mouth (E&M) interface module is designed for Cisco ASR 900 Series aggregation routers. It provides six E&M ports on RJ-45 connectors and supports E&M types I, II, III and V in 2-wire or 4-wire modes, with selectable 600 or 900 ohm impedance. It is built for Smart-Grid teleprotection and Land Mobile Radio deployments, carrying E&M signalling and voice over MPLS using CESoPSN.
