FAQs

Q: Does this 10-pack include power injectors or mounting brackets?
A: No. The APs require 802.3at (PoE+) from a switch or injector; mounting hardware and injectors are sold separately.

Q: What is the difference between dual-radio tri-band and tri-radio?
A: Dual-radio tri-band can operate two radios concurrently and flex between 2.4/5/6 GHz. Tri-radio units run three concurrent radios (2.4, 5, and 6 GHz simultaneously).

Q: Is 6 GHz supported in all regions?
A: 6 GHz operation depends on local regulatory approvals and may be restricted in some countries.

Q: What PoE class is required for full feature operation?
A: 802.3at Class 4 (PoE+) is recommended. Using 802.3af may disable or limit certain features.

Q: Can these APs be cloud-managed?
A: Yes. They support cloud-based management as well as controller-based deployments.
