Description

This 40G QSFP+ bidirectional (BiDi) optical transceiver supports 40GBASE-BIDI over multimode fibre using 850/910nm wavelengths. It connects over a duplex LC interface and reaches 100m on OM3 or 150m on OM4 fibre. Because it runs over a single duplex pair, it allows existing duplex multimode cabling to carry 40G links without moving to parallel MPO fibre.
