Description

The Arista QDD-400G-SR8 is a 400GBASE-SR8 QSFP-DD optical transceiver designed for high-speed data centre interconnects over multi-mode fibre. It uses eight parallel 850nm VCSEL channels operating at 53.125 Gbps each to deliver 400 Gbps aggregate throughput up to 100m over OM4 fibre via an MPO-16 connector. Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3bs and QSFP-DD MSA standards, this module supports digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM/DOM) and operates in commercial temperature ranges from 0 to 70°C.
