Description

The Arista OSFP-400G-SR8 is a 400GBASE-SR8 OSFP transceiver designed for high-speed data centre connectivity. Operating at 850nm wavelength over multi-mode fibre, it supports up to 100m on OM4 fibre with an MPO-16 APC connector. Compliant with IEEE 802.3cm and OSFP MSA standards, this module delivers 425Gbps throughput using 8 optical channels at 50Gb/s each with PAM4 modulation, and supports breakout configurations including 2x 200G-SR4 and 8x 50G-SR.
