This 25G SFP28 to SFP28 direct attach cable uses passive twinax copper and supports 25GBASE-CR links at 25 Gbps. At 1 m in length, it is suited to short-reach connections between Arista switches and servers within the same rack or adjacent racks. As a passive DAC, it provides a simple, cost-effective alternative to separate optics and fibre for top-of-rack deployments.
