Description

This 3 m passive twinax copper breakout cable connects one 100G QSFP port to four 25G SFP ports, following the 100GBASE-CR4 and 25GBASE-CR standards. It suits short-reach, within-rack or adjacent-rack connections where a low-cost interconnect is needed to split a 100G port into four 25G links. The 3 m length sits between the 1 m and 5 m options in the same cable family, and it is supported on Arista switches with QSFP 100G ports running EOS 4.18.0 or later.
