Description

This passive twinax copper breakout cable splits one 100GBASE-CR4 QSFP28 port into two 50GBASE-CR2 QSFP connections over a 5 metre run. It suits short links within a rack or between adjacent racks, such as connecting a 100G switch port to 50G-2 QSFP NIC ports. The pre-terminated direct attach design avoids separate optics for short-reach data centre deployments.
