Description

This passive twinax copper direct attach cable has OSFP connectors on both ends and carries 400GBASE-CR8 at 400 Gbps over a 3 metre link. It suits short-reach connections between Arista 400G OSFP ports within a rack or between adjacent racks. The 3m length is the longest supported for Arista passive copper DACs, and it sits alongside the 1m and 2m variants in the same 400G OSFP cable family.
