Description

This passive twinax copper breakout cable connects one 200G OSFP port to eight 25G SFP ports, carrying 8x 25Gb/s NRZ electrical lanes over a 1m length. It suits short intra-rack and inter-rack links, and allows Arista switches to connect to legacy 25G SFP and 100G QSFP equipment as well as server NICs. The 1m version is chosen where a short, cost-effective breakout run is needed without active optics.
