Description

This 15 metre QSFP+ to QSFP+ active optical cable delivers 40GbE connectivity with transceiver assemblies permanently attached at each end of a multimode fibre run. It operates at 850nm and is intended for short-reach 40G links between switches, routers and servers in data centre racks. Because the optics are integrated, no separate transceivers are needed, and the 15m length suits runs between adjacent or nearby racks.
