Description

This 400GbE active optical cable is a straight-through OSFP-to-OSFP link with a 7 metre length, designed for short-reach data centre connections between 400G switch and server ports. It uses 850nm multimode fibre and an 8 x 50G PAM-4 electrical interface, with pre-terminated optics that are hot swappable. Part of the Arista 400G AOC range offered in lengths from 1m to 30m, this 7m option suits top-of-rack to adjacent-rack and row-level cabling.
