This 400GbE active optical cable has an OSFP connector at each end and a 3 m length, with 850 nm multimode optics. Its integrated, pre-terminated connectors let it link OSFP ports directly with no separate transceivers or fibre patching. It suits short-reach 400G connections between switches in the same rack or adjacent racks. It is part of a family covering lengths from 1 m to 30 m.
