Description

The EX6200 2500W AC power supply is a hot-swappable power module for the EX6200 series modular chassis switches, including the EX6210. It suits enterprise wiring-closet and campus-access deployments, including PoE+ line card configurations that need redundant power.

This module delivers 2,500 W from a 200-240 VAC feed, or 1,250 W from a 100-120 VAC feed. Output also scales with the number of power feeds connected: 1,250 W with one feed and 2,500 W with two feeds. It is a hot-insertable and hot-removable field replaceable unit that supports load-sharing, N+1 or N+N (2+2) redundancy. An EX6210 chassis holds up to four power supplies. This 2,500 W AC model sits alongside the EX6200-PWR-AC5000 (5,000 W AC) and EX6200-PWR-DC2100 (2,100 W DC) modules in the range.

It works with the EX6200 family of PoE+ and non-PoE line cards. Different power supply types should not be mixed in the same chassis, and any unused slots need blank cover panels (EX6200-BLNK-PWR-1U, 2U or 3U). The AC power cord is ordered separately.
