Description

The Cisco Headset 562 is a spare dual-ear wireless DECT headset from the Cisco Headset 560 Series. It suits professionals in open workspaces who use Cisco IP phones, soft clients and desk video devices, and works as a replacement or an additional headset for an existing 560 Series installation.

This is the headset only, with no base station, in the EU frequency band that covers Europe, the UK, Asia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. It weighs 121 g and offers up to 100 m of range, up to 10 hours of active use and up to 60 hours of standby. Audio covers narrowband, wideband and full band 48 kHz for music, with AES-128 encryption protecting calls. On-ear controls handle answer, end, reject, hold, mute and volume. No licence or subscription is required.

The headset needs a Cisco Headset 560 Series Standard Base Station or Multibase Station to operate, and the base must be in the same frequency band. It works with Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Desk Series, Webex and Webex Meetings.
