Description

This 4-slot, 5U modular switch chassis from the Juniper EX9200 line is designed for core and aggregation Ethernet deployments. It is a chassis-only unit with a passive midplane, so the Routing Engine, switch fabric, power supplies and line cards are selected separately to suit the network design. The chassis supports up to three line cards and delivers up to 1.6 Tbps of throughput with switch fabric modules fitted, running Junos OS with support for 1GbE, 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE line cards.
