16-port Unified Port expansion enabling per‑port choice of 10GbE (SFP+) or native Fibre Channel (8/4/2/1G) for maximum flexibility in Nexus 55xx deployments. Supports FCoE when ports are configured as Ethernet, allowing converged I/O alongside native FC where required. Hot-swappable; optics are not included.
