Description

This supervisor module for Arista 7300 Series modular chassis runs Arista EOS and handles control plane and management functions. The -D variant includes an SSD, and a quad-core x86 CPU with 16 GB DRAM and 4 GB Flash drives the system. A second supervisor can be fitted for 1+1 stateful redundancy, making it suited to dual-supervisor high availability in data centre core deployments or as a spare. It is the SSD version, distinct from the non-SSD DCS-7300-SUP.
