We buy new, used, and end-of-life gear. Cosmetic wear like scratches is fine -- the only thing we won't buy is hardware that is broken or completely dead. If it powers on and functions, we're interested.

We price based on current market conditions -- supply and demand. We research what the gear is actively selling for and make an offer accordingly. Our initial offer is based on the information you provide, so the final offer may be adjusted after physical inspection if the condition or completeness differs from what was described.

We aim to respond to all equipment lists within 24 hours. Once goods arrive at our Sydney warehouse, lab inspection typically takes one to three business days depending on volume. Payment is processed on our weekly payment run once inspection is complete and all items are booked in.

Neither. We buy single items and full data centre lots. Everything is assessed on its own merits.

Absolutely -- it is a core part of what we do. EOL hardware still has real market value, and in some cases high-demand discontinued models command higher prices than current-generation equivalents. If you have gear others won't touch, send it through.

All storage media is wiped at our Sydney lab prior to resale. We can provide written confirmation of erasure on request.

Yes. We arrange and cover the cost of courier collection from anywhere in Australia. All we need is a collection address, weight, and dimensions.

No -- the value is the same either way. Many corporate customers prefer store credit because their business is not set up to process revenue from asset sales. Offsetting the value against a future hardware purchase is often simpler from an accounts perspective.

Yes. You can submit a mixed lot and we will quote it as a whole or item by item depending on what works best for the deal. You don't need to sort or separate anything before sending your list through.

We buy from both. The majority of our customers are businesses, corporates, and government organisations offloading surplus or decommissioned equipment, but we're happy to hear from individuals too. There's no minimum and no obligation to proceed after getting a quote.
