The Cisco AIR-PWRINJ3 is a power injector that significantly enhances the deployment flexibility of Cisco Aironet wireless access points and bridges. It provides an alternative powering option to local power, inline power-capable multiport switches, and multiport power patch panels.

- Compatible with Cisco Aironet Access points, Switches, and VOIP Telephones: 1100, 1130AG, 1200, 1230AG, 1240AG, 7960, 7940, 7910.
- Combines 48-VDC power with the data signal, sending both to the Cisco Aironet Access Point or Bridge.
- Provides up to 15W of power over Category 5 Ethernet cable, supporting a distance of up to 328 ft. (100 m).
